Option 1 The marketing-mix efforts refers to channel performance, value oriented price, promotion and after sales service. In marketing, channel performance contributes to building brand equity. A good store image will attract more attention and contacts from potential consumers. It also increases customer satisfaction and positive aspect. This will level up brand awareness with brand loyalty. Price is an extrinsic cue of product quality. It means that high priced brand is offered to be higher quality. However high price sometimes may negatively affect brand loyalty because hi it does not signal higher product quality, but instead highlight that more money must be paid. One of the most important things is that high price with more change service would increase brand loyalty. Promotion is defined as providing information for persuasion.
