Discrimination 2 Abstract Discrimination in the workplace is a real sensitive issue. People come from many different backgrounds and view various gestures, remarks, and mannerisms in a different way. What may be inoffensive to one person might cause another person to feel inadequate or uncomfortable. No matter what is said or done to make someone uncomfortable we have to do what is necessary to make everyone feel comfortable in a work environment so everyone may be productive.
