Bias Paper 2 Abstract Understanding my biases and the perspectives of others is important, because, if you understand your motives and the motives of others. I can have a better understanding of what is important to me and what is important to the people I am dealing with. Knowing what motivates me and what motivates the other party can give me a stronger grasp of what the other party needs. This also can give me a much stronger view of how to proceed further with whoever I am dealing with.

Bias Paper 3 Bias Paper Understanding my own Biases is essential, because, this allows me to understand what is important to me. I can also gain a better understanding of what motivates me. Gaining knowledge like this can also give me an idea of what to pursue in my life. Knowing what is important to me in my personal life, educational life, or professional life gives me a direction to move in. I feel as if I know what I should be doing. Rather than just floating through life with no idea or concern. By understanding what is important to me I have stumbled across what motivates me.
