Small businesses are being hit the hardest with the economy in the condition it is currently in. When the economy starts to go downhill people usually cut expenses and the first thing to go are their little luxuries. Things like going out to the movies, dining out, and sports equipment are likely to be some of the first things to go. It’s a little difficult to purchase hockey and lacrosse equipment, when you are having a difficult time paying your mortgage and buying food for the family. According to the U.S. Department of Labor, the unemployment rate rose from 6.5% in October to 6.7% in November. September showed drops in unemployment with 433,000 jobs reported with 320,000 jobs lost in the month of October. Job losses were great and widespread across the industry sectors in the last quarter. Sue has many concerns with her business due to a new freeway that will move  the flow of traffic away from her business, with the slowdown in the economy; things  seem to be bleaker than ever. Along with a recent move and construction costs Sue in
