Based on the descriptions in the text, where do you see yourself on the Kolb Inventory? I liked the Kolb Inventory it helps a lot with the too see the way I learn the best. I see myself in just about every one of the styles listed in the text. I really believe I see myself in two major styles based on the descriptions alone. They are the read/write and in the kinesthetic learning style. I am the type of person that loves to learn through experience and practice and just have my hands into what I am doing. It helps me get a feel of what I am doing and makes me feel like I understand my work better. With the read/write I am able to see the work in a word format so I understand the work in a great detail and understand what needs to be done. I’ve been that way since I was a little boy in grade school whenever the teacher would be speaking the instructions to the class I would seem to get lost. Once he/she put the work in words I would understand and do a better job with the task at hand. 2. After reading about the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, determine which personality is most like you (e.g. ENTJ).
