Term paper for Microbiology (Counts as much as a test) 1. Background. The paper should start with a brief statement on why you are doing this research. Your aims to isolate one Streptococcus and one Staphylococcus sp and identify them 2. Materials and methods . How did you go about doing the work. The variety of colony types found at your first isolation. Discussion. What is the significance of your findings? … The organism I found on my skin is most likely to cause flesh-eating disease, but I am not worried about it.
