My proposal for the meal delivery service may encounter negative feedback from a few members on the committee. Mark Jackson, my manager, may be concerned primarily with the cost of the service. Steve Taylor, the facilities manager, might want a detailed explanation of much space this service may need. Charlotte Alexander, the owner of DigiFast, will certainly be inquisitive as to the long-term value of this service. I expect to face these reactions, and will anticipate not only my responses, but the ways in which my responses must be worded for each member. My main goal will be to make sure my information is well-organized before approaching the committee. Hi Mark, My research is coming along nicely for the service presentation. I am working consistently to maintain an exciting level of creativity, and hope you will find it engaging. If you have a few moments to review my proposal beforehand, I will email it to you as soon as it is completed.

He felt it was on its way to being an enthralling, creative idea which may spark interest from the other committee members. I know how hard you have worked to make the graphics visually exciting! Thank you so much for your help, I cant wait to show them what weve made! Janna The difference between the two emails is mainly in the level of formality. While both messages maintain a professional tone, the informative email was more serious. Sending the other email to my coworker, I wanted to stay on a peer level, while hoping to exude excitement in the response we received due, in large part, to the coworkers talents. Less importantly, the use of exclamation points and emoticons would not have been appropriate in the email to my manager....
