Catcher in the Rye : Cartoon Assignment Directions: Choose a scene or chapter from The Catcher in the Rye and make an 8 frame comic strip out of it. Include at least three REAL lines from the novel. Try to depict the characters as true to form as you possible can. Re-visit Holden’s descriptions of them and include as many accurate details as possible. When you’re finished, include a Writer’s memo on the back of the comic (or attached) to tell me why you chose the scene you did.
