Unformatted text preview: DMA 499 Project Proposal Format (All project proposals for DMA 499 must be typed in the following format. Three copies of the proposal, one for each faculty member, must be submitted to the Faculty Panel at the time of the formal presentation during Week #3 of the semester. DO NOT place proposal pages in plastic sleeves !!!!!). 1. Project Description- list the title and describe the type of project you are proposing. Is it a recognizable program format such as an original music recording in stereo and 5.1 Surround, a music video, a TV documentary, an enhanced CD, or an interactive DVD with bonus material such as behind-the-scenes footage, artist interviews, photos, biographies, or lyrics? 2. Student Team Members- list all principal student members of the team who will be receiving credit as “co-producers” in DMA 499 for this project.
