Kudler Food 2 Kudler Foods The research will be analyzing how important is for Kudler foods marketing research as well as the importance of strategy, and competitive analysis for the business. Kathy Kudler founded Kudler Fine Foods (Kudler) as an upscale gourmet food market. Through her fervor for food preparation and aggravation in shopping Kathy produced a gourmet food market offering a wide range of fresh ingredients and premium goods at sensible prices with cooperative and educated workers (Kudler, 2009.) Kathy became a sensation by integrating ease and affordability. She wants to include a catering service in addition to the current available services. Kudler continues to expand business in order to meet the goals of providing for the needs of their customers, and become a thriving organization Kudler, 2009.) Kudler has the capability to increase their services to embrace catering, if the company uses the marketing resources available to them, and they make some company changes to grow as an organization. First, they most construct a firm base, and identify the marketing mix. Marketing research is define in many sources has the compilation, and study of data to help with the process of making decisions. As identified on the Kudler website, a necessity for additional research in marketing area is definitely needed in order to establish a distinct action. The original surveys did not provide the feedback expected. Therefore, additional surveys could generate truthful input concerning purchaser’s contentment with the present services, and food presented. The existing surveys outcome showed the clientele were unhappy, but additional facts are necessary to proceed in the right path. Kudler needs to identify their marketing setback; for what the research has gathered the apparent conflict is link to the collection of research data. The best areas to expand are the catering, and the company’s healthy food line.
