Introduction Paradise Bay Home Owner Association (HOA) will collectively support the vision, goals and directions of a 10-year Community Energy Plan (CEP) that will put Paradise Bay on the cutting edge for North America.

This Plan is intended is to secure a healthier and reliable energy. While reducing environmental effects such as greenhouse gas emissions. The Community Energy Plan is the community’s commitment to use and manage energy in a different way. At the same time, the Community Energy Plan will play an important role in attracting quality investment for Paradise Bay. OBJECTIVE
