Two file data structures that are used to organize file are alphabetical and chronological. I feel it is nessicsary to use these file structures to find information faster and easier on a filing system because of the organization of them both. Knowing the date and say aphetically use of what you are looking for will speed up the search of the give information. Alphabetical like in our reading
