Building an ASP.NET Web Site-5/10/11 Complete the following questions: Chapter 1: 1. Explain the differences between the markup of a page in VWD and the final HTML page in the browser. The markup in VWD contains the raw unprocessed source for the page which include HTML, ASP.NET Server Controls, and programming code. The web server then processes the page executing the code and sends out the final HTML to the browser. 2. Explain the difference between HTML and XHTML. How are the two related? XHTML and HTML are related since XHTML is rewritten HTML with XML rules. HTML is more relaxed, while XHTML requires that the code conforms to XML rules such as attributes are enclosed in quotes. 3. Imagine you have a number of HTML fragments that you expect to use a lot throughout the site. What is the best way to make these fragments available in VWD? Select them in the code window and drag them to free space on the Toolbox. When the item is added, we can rename it to something more meaningful. This allows us to simply
