Marry Beneche-exam 7 Identify two (or three, if you wish) findings from each of the sources in this unit that you believe are important or relevant for your work in the health field. If you plan on working outside of the health field, you may apply this essay to your chosen vocation. A little bit of my background, I am planning on achieving my nurse practitioner license and work as a traveling nurse. I am also arranging to labor in the manufacturing prosthetics of medicine. I also want to work in more country areas such as the Midwest and Alaska. This essay describes two different motivations for starting ideas of self-identity and gender such as motivational, evaluative and informational consequences. Informational and motivation consequences touch on the motivation to grasp about gender, obtain information on gender, as well as behaving like other members of that gender. Youth who have recognized with another group form judgements and impressions based on others, and those judgments are utilized against others also. They tend to use an example of a woman who choose to not hang with the same aged-boy, as she magistrates that men do not have the similar interests as her or other women. Evaluative consequences touch the idea that youth will connect positive ideas to others they identify with; even finding a motivation for children to harden self-identification and alliance with a group. This essay also talks about the experimental pattern of gender identification. The main phase is developing and identifying an awareness of different genders and various features linked with it.
