I N THE REAL WORLD… You have just completed your first day as an intern in the human resource office for large cruise line. Everyone works at a frenetic pace in an effort to handle employment inquiries, pre-employment screening interviews, employee complaints, and demands by the operations managers to fill vacant positions.
