Unformatted text preview: I have chosen to do my essay on the topic Most Americans should not use credit Cards. The reason for choosing this topic is the first hand knowledge of the dangers with credit cards. The text that has been disclosed to us suggested some knowledge on the topics we choose to write about. It also suggested that we pick a subject that interest us and want to learn more about. Another suggestion was pick a subject that the audience may know something about. I used the program available to us in the Writing for Excellence to help with the thesis statement for the final essay. It explained and gave suggestions on how to write the thesis statement for our essay. I know that when writing the introduction, I will have the topic in the first sentence and follow the main point on why most people in the United States does not need credit cards. In America, there is a very good reason why most Americans should not use credit cards.
