Basic Problems (50 points) Solve the following problems from the textbook Chapter 4: 4.6 4.12 4.26 4.36 4.48 3. Circuits in Biology (10 points) Figure 1 below is the physiological circuit between the heart and kidney. The power source is representative of the heart and the various resistors correspond to the constant resistance to blood flow as it travels from arteries into arterioles. All the resistances values (in blue color) have the units mmHg.s/L , according to the cardiovascular system of units. The pressure difference generated by the heart is not constant and the time variation for the pressure difference is given in the ‘ Pressure_time_data.xls’ file (please download from the Blackboard website) . A plot of the pressure difference vs. time is also given in Figure 2. Use the provided
