Open the Excel file from which you wish to import data. The columns should have headings that translate into fields in the Contacts, such as “Firstname,” “Lastname,” and “E- mail.” 2. Click File , then Save As… When the window opens, click on the drag-down list and select CSV (Comma Delimited) . Then save your document and close Excel. 3.
