MOTIVATION AND TEAMS CASE STUDY 2 Motivation and team’s case study There are a few different types of theories found in case studies, which are known as Maslow’s  hierarchy theory, expectancy theory, goal-setting theory, management by objectives (MBO),  equity theory, and job enrichment theory,   After reviewing the five different theories   I have  review the two articles for a case study to determine the theories the businesses used. 1. What motivation theories may be found in each case study? -The Two Men and a Lot of Trucks case study use the goal-setting theory and the Siemens’s  New Boss case study uses the job enrichment theory. 2. Describe the theories found in each case study and cite specific examples. -The goal-setting theory states that employee’s are motivated when they are given a specific
