MOTIVATION AND TEAMS CASE STUDY 2 Motivation and team’s case study There are a few different types of theories found in case studies, which are known as Maslow’s  hierarchy theory, expectancy theory, goal-setting theory, management by objectives (MBO),  equity theory, and job enrichment theory,   After reviewing the five different theories   I have  review the two articles for a case study to determine the theories the businesses used. 1. What motivation theories may be found in each case study? -The Two Men and a Lot of Trucks case study use the goal-setting theory and the Siemens’s  New Boss case study uses the job enrichment theory. 2. Describe the theories found in each case study and cite specific examples.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
