CODE OF ETHICS 2 Code of ethics My formal code of ethics consists of rules and guidelines in regards to employee behavior. These rules and guidelines are put in place to ensure efficient business operations. All employees will be held accountable for following the code of ethics. There is zero tolerance for conduct that interferes with operations, and is offensive to customers or coworkers. My aim is to conduct business to the highest ethical standards and to discourage wrong doing and promote ethical and honest behavior by all employees and to adhere to government laws, rules, and regulations. The goal of the code of ethics is to ensure that employees exhibit high standards of integrity and commitment. The code of ethics includes nondiscrimination, customer service, anti-retaliation, and guide to responsible conduct, conflict of interest, harassment, and confidentiality. It is expected that employees will not discriminate against each other as well as
