Introduction What is Management? It is the process of getting activities completely, efficiently and effectively with and through other people. Efficiency and effectiveness are both different things but having an important combined impact in management. Efficiency means doing things right and effectiveness; doing the right thing. Efficiency is a quantitative measure while effectiveness is referred to qualitative. Management Process: Business continuity management is a process that can be applied to any business, small or large, that helps to manage the risks which threaten its survival. The objective is to identify the hazards that may affect critical functions or activities and to ensure that these can be reduced or responded to in an effective way. The process, as shown in the diagram above, is a continuous cycle of risk assessment and risk reduction. The plan is simply the written record of the process being applied to your business. Leading Controlling Baluchistan Wheels Limited Company Overview: Baluchistan wheels Limited was found in 1980 and its headquarters are in Karachi, Pakistan. It is a manufacturing company and is also known for marketing of automotive rims in Pakistan. The company produces a wide range of wheels for cars, trucks, buses, vans and mini commercial van. The company exports its products to Asia and Europe. It is listed in Karachi Stock Exchange which can be evaluated by its name. Goals: For every company main goal should be; making higher profits. Baluchistan Wheels Ltd also follows the same route and wants to be the best and to earn higher profits. Management of a company plays an important role within the organization.
