Question : According to Edgar Schein how does an organization culture develop based on a dynamic model of learning and group dynamics? Ans: The purpose of this article is to give the concept of organizational culture in terms of a dynamic model of how culture is learned, passed on, and changed. The main thing in the article is that we must understand the dynamic evolutionary forces that govern how culture evolves and changes. Now coming towards the question. Organization culture is shared values, traditions, principles and ways of doing things that influence the way organizational members act. A good dynamic organisation should have following Characteristics which attribute to an ideally functioning organizational culture:- 1 . Organization culture can never be set up unless there is group that owns it. For a good group following things are necessary. Members of groups have worked together long enough and have confronted significant problems with shared history. Have the opportunity to solve various problems.
