Step 1: Read the following information from the “Welcome to UCF - Student Guide” and the memo that follows. Step 2: In a Microsoft Word document, answer the following questions: a. Who is the direct user of the deliverable your team is being asked to create? b. In one or two sentences, what does the direct user need? c. Describe at least two issues that need to be considered when developing a solution for the direct user. Step 3: Access the Individual Questions link through the MEA Learning website at: http://www.mealearning.com Use the login and password that you created for that website to log in, click the link titled “Individual”, and paste your responses from Step 2 into the appropriate textboxes. Deliverables: A printout and electronic submission of your answers to step2. Note that at this time you are not being asked to complete the task described in the memo.

Two transit systems, one public and one private, currently serve the University. LYNX is the regional, public transit service provider that connects the University to the greater Orlando area, including Downtown Orlando.
