Manageme 2 Abstract In our unit 3 assignment we were given a scenario as managers to restructure a failing division by creating; an up to date product line, realistic plan for effective communication and a plan to easily maintain efficient uses of an organizations internal resources. As a manager, it’s extremely important that you encourage employee involvement within your plans for change and decision making process as well as ensuring you are giving them your undivided attention when it comes to their suggestions and opinions, whether you feel they are good or bad.

Manageme 3 How Managements’ Decision Making Effects An Organization. Organizations face a variety of issues. The three issues an organization may face are; outdated product lines, adversarial communication and competition for internal resources. In our assignment this week, we were asked to write a plan as new managers to change the As a manager, in the order to revolutionize a failing division, I would establish a current operational analysis (Management Information Systems (MIS), 2003). By understanding where the division is financial, I could develop and implement a better arrangement so that the division will be on the right path but ensure its future remains clear. Clearly, the first step would be to rid the division of any unproductive staff as well as resources, which will continue to hinder any positive effects (Advameg. INC, 2011). Amongst the negative entities of a failing division, there are positive essentials that must be maintained. Once I have begun the excavation per say, of negative and unproductive sources, I would schedule a mandatory staff meeting so that I could begin rebuilding a successful division (unknown, 2011). At the meeting I would ask for a handful of experienced employees to
