When implementing change it is the job of management to" wipe the slate clean" and begin fresh (Advameg. INC, 2011) . Determining what the best solution is for your organization presently should be the first step. Once an analysis has been completed, management can begin organizing the steps for an effective change. Changes should only be made to things that are no longer appropriate and effective not to things that are productive and efficient . When each individual within an organization agrees to implement the future change; an organization can then begin implementing the changes . A clearly defined vision of the end result enables all the people to define the most efficient path for accomplishing the results (unknown) . During some point in time, an organization will come across a situation(s) that one need a visionary to incorporate a goal or project for change. By allowing a clearly
