CITIZEN AND CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS 2 Citizenship and Constitutional Protections A Class Apart is a film by Carlos Sandoval and Peter Miller that takes place after the ruling of Hernandez. The person had been sued for murder cases. The film evokes the heroic civil rights from post-world war II. The rights come against Jim Crow method that was observed by the Hispanics. According to 1951 lawsuit, the case indicated a group of Mexican litigators that came from Texas, brought a case to the Supreme court and emerged victorious. The documentary starts with gunshot murder in a minor town of cantina and goes ahead to directly follow the law with Hernandez experts of the law via Texas courts. The case ended up to the United States Supreme Court. Hernandez lawyers are seen forming a daring item that brought their racial identities out when they stated that Mexican Americans has been taken as “a class apart”.
