Developing Good Business Sense I chose to go along with two different restaurants and an eye doctor's office for this assignment. In particular, look at the true market-changing innovators such as Starbucks, Aravind Eye Clinics and Mc'Donald's. I would have to say that all of the employees available for each business, are well equipped for keeping their company at a state that it needs to be. I also believe that each employee has the capabilities of taken on different tasks that needs to be done outside of their own job title. I believe that by employees being able to perform different tasks outside their own job title happens to be more so of a good thing. Just to use as an example, you may have a manager who may not be available to complete a task at a certain amoount of time, and an employee would then come in and take over for the job to get done. By any employee doing this, this would keep everything running smoothly. There are five major components of OMM costs for every company. Raw Materials and Components, Plant Costs, Labor Costs, Inventory Costs, and Distribution Costs, all of these components
