Please allow a minimum of the time you would spend in class for these interviews. 1. Meet with a partner determined in class. Give each person as much time as they need to discuss the questions presented below. You must get to the last two questions. Otherwise, this is not a checklist- just a general guide. You will take turns being the listener- this is not a conversation but and opportunity to both self-reflect on an important aspect of being a social worker AND the opportunity to listen deeply to understand someone else’s perspective. So give one person ALL the time they need before moving on to the second partner. 2. Synthesize and post your responses to the last two questions on the discussion board for your team by Friday noon.
