EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Fair & Lovely is the brand of UNILEVER. It is now one of the famous brand . We are going to launch FAIR & LOVELY FACE WASH FOR MEN. Fair & Lovely has its “own position” in the minds of its consumers due to its high quality with affordable price. There is no need to reposition it. Consumers will not take time to accept it. So it saves our cost of positioning because UNILEVER is a well known global company. People are loyal of its products. Our target market is men who are more conscious about their skin not women. We used natural ingredients that people likes, to protect their skin from side effects. We are launching that product in the summer season because Face wash is the key part to protect skin from dirt and dust. Firstly we are targeting the urban area. The company after analysing the situation of its face washes in the urban and semi urban market in the three years from its launch, it will enter in the rural market creating the value of its product among the rural market. In the project report we discussed its: Market objectives Target Market Mission Statement Vision Statement Marketing Mix PEST analysis SWOT analysis Competitors Market Share We will make it available in super market as well as outlets near to the consumer and easily available. Our product is consumer oriented as its tag line shows: “WE CARE FOR MEN” ACKNOWLEGEMENT
