After the task was assigned to us all of us think a lot for Business Plan and at last we found a business plan on re-launching of Mass Pharma product GLIP. For that we research and found the problems with this product. The solution of all these problems was to re-launch it. This project includes: 1.Vision and Mission statement 2.SWOT analysis 3.Marketing Mix 4. Mass Pharma (Private) Limited EXECUTIVE SUMMERY GLIP is a product of Mass Pharma Company. After research we found that it is a very costly product. As a large number of peoples are diabetes patient. They are forced to purchase this medicine for their better health. Some peoples are poor they are not been able to purchase this costly medicine. Due to this they can not live long. For that we are recommended the Mass Pharma Company to lower the price of GLIP for increasing their sale as well as for serving the poor peoples. In this report in 1 st chapter introduction of the product as well as the vision and mission statement of the company is discussed. In 2 nd chapter organization structure of Mass Pharma, SWOT analysis of GLIP product is discussed. It also has detail on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of GLIP, Marketing strategy, marketing mix in which product strategy, price strategy, place strategy and promotion strategies is written. Competitive strategies and business process analysis also discussed in 2 nd chapter. In chapter number 3 financial analyses on projected income statement (5 years) and cash flow statement is given. At the end of the report references and appendix are also given. For re-launching of GLIP we collect the information by filling of questionnaire from the diabetes patients and doctors. After that result shows that this product has some problems which can be overcome for increasing the com- pany’s profit. The questionnaire is given at the end of the report. 3
