1. What has your career path been like in order to become an IT leader? Network Administrator (3 years) → Network Security Engineer (4 years) → Head of Network Infrastructure (4 years) → Director, Information Security (for 2 years) 2. As a technology leader, how much from 1-10 you will measure the awareness among employees working in your organization of the importance of information security and compliance with instructions? And Why? 4/10. Usually, most of them ignore such instructions. They are not aware of how serious a security attack could be or what consequences could result from these attacks. 3. When hiring individuals what do you believe is the most important: Age Level of Education Experience References And why? I think experience is the most important factor, it’s like having a ready-to-use product. You don’t have to spend more time and money for training. He/she will adapt easily and quickly in any related position. Besides, other co-workers can benefit from the new employee by transferring his/her expertise to them.
