MG 665 Managerial Communication Lesson #10 Assignment #3 As Kirk of the "Reed-Watkins Pharmaceuticals" case, write two letters, one to your region and one to the VP for personnel. The goals for these communications are to: Dear Southwest Regional Employees, In all of the excitement and activity with the recent merger, I’m afraid that I let an important issue fall through the cracks. This issue is that of Reed-Watkins’s commitment to diversity. A diversity initiative was implemented while I was still at the helm at Reed, and I seem to have been remiss in bringing the Watkins players up to speed on it. As you know, I sent out a recent memo about this, but I’m concerned that I may have confused the issue. I want to apologize for this and get us all on the same page.
