Adapting to the Environment: S.W.O.T. Analysis: Strengths: The hybrid model has become more affordable among US consumers and increases fuel economy; sales have been accumulating at an astonishing rate. Regenerative braking is also strength because it converts the vehicle’s kinetic energy into battery-replenishing electric energy.

Weaknesses: The US products have limited potential on the export markets due to their high price tags, along with there over equipped style vehicles. Opportunities: The hybrid model gives us few barriers to entry and minimizes the effect of other competitors within the market. We also have the opportunity to increase the fuel economy and the efficiency of various motorized vehicles; also cuts exhaust emission and decreases the CO2 in the atmosphere whereas no other technological changes have been implemented in this industry thus far. Threats:
