BA541 Business Ethics Lesson #1 Assignment #5 1. What would you do as the staff associate in this situation? Why? What are the risks of telling the truth for you? What are the benefits? Explain. As the staff associate, I feel it would be my responsibility to report the  findings to my superior, the senior auditor. If he were not willing to listen,  then I would need to go to his supervisor with my facts checked and well in  order. Staying true to one’s morals and ethics is not necessarily easy. I was  hired to do a job to the best of my ability, and the customer should get the  services for which they paid. Moreover, the authors should get their  royalties as earned. The risks of telling the truth are that I have to confront a supervisor with  these findings when he is already frustrated with me and wants to cover up  the findings. There would be a likelihood of me being fired or passed over

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
