1 CGN 3501 TEST NO. 2 NAME _______________________ 10/20/2004 THIS IS A CLOSED-BOOK TEST. THE USE OF A CALCULATOR IS NOT ALLOWED EXCEPT IN DOING PART I OF THIS TEST. PART I – MIX DESIGN PROBLEMS A 7-bag concrete mix is to be designed. (Note: This means that the cement content is already fixed.) The required slump for the fresh concrete is 3-4 inches.
