Nicole Crowell Business Policy May 19, 2011 Company List for Strategic Plan Outline 1. Altria Sales and Distribution- I have currently been interning with this company for the last 3 years. The company’s primary source of income is the manufacturing and sales of tobacco products. Although the tobacco industry is a declining industry, Altria had been very strategic over the couple of years by diversify their product line. As the world is becoming more and more health conscious to understand more about a company that many believe will be irrelevant in the next 10 years. 2. The IHG includes the InterContinental Hotels, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Candlewood Suites, and etc which range from ultra plush to the budget friendly.
