Unformatted text preview: To: All Employees From: Mrs. Imen Charj Date: January 25, 2011 Subject: Break Room Use On behalf of the HR department and myself, I would like to thank everyone for maintaining a neat and orderly break room. We are very pleased with the way this office has demonstrated mutual respect and professionalism through continued compliance with the companys break room policy. We would also like to remind everyone that, despite the fabulous condition of our lovely break room, its use is limited to brief and infrequent visits during normal working hours. Additionally, due to the popular demand for coffee in the morning, we ask that employees take their coffee back to their desks immediately upon acquisition, so that we may fully facilitate everyone. The HR department is responsible for break room usage as per usual, and will handle any problems should they arise. Again, we thank you for your professionalism and continued cooperation.
