Instructions for Creating Queries for ALL RECORDS All employees by Name (QAllByName) All employees by SSNO (QAllBySSNO) All employees by Branch (QAllByBranch) All employees by Position (QAllByPosition) the data into the Tables correctly PSSNO, PL-NAME, PF-NAME, PPHONE, PDEGREE, PYOB, PYEAR-HIR, PPOSITION, PBRANCH PBADDR-STR, PBCITY, PBSTATE, PBZIP, PBPHONE Verify that employee last name appears in ascending order in the Data Sheet view of the query Note: this query will be used to generate the form AllByName PSSNO, PL-NAME, PF-NAME, PPHONE, PGEND, PYOB, PPOSITION, PODESC PRATE-PAY Note : In order to be able to create any of the following Queries, you must have created all tables and imported *Creating a query to show all employees sorted by name (QAllByName) Open the Access Database (PPS…), under objects highlight "Queries" Ckick "New" , In New Query dialog box, Highlight " Design View ", then click " OK " In the Show Table, highlight "PPSBASIC" , Click "ADD" highlight " PPSBRANCH ", Click " ADD " Double Click or Click and drag the following fields from "PPSBASIC" to the Fields Row in the query
