1. The contract was allegedly breached because Christian Dior wore a Christian Dor watch during a press event, despite being under contract to wear Raymond Weil timepieces exclusively. The lawsuit does not say how much Weil is seeking in damages, but the watchmaker's lawyer, David Jaroslawicz, says his client spent more than $20 million on the Theron advertising campaign.” The suit was filed last year, when Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil claimed that Theron had worn a Christian Dior watch during a press event in 2006, despite being paid "substantial funds" to exclusively wear Raymond Weil timepieces during the time in question. 2. Charlize Theron was sued for breached of contract from Swiss watchmaker Raymond Weil that claimed Theron had worn a Christian Dior watch during a press event in 2006.
