Enters the heart through the inferior and superior Vena Cava (veins-to the heart) 2. empties into the right atrium 3. passes through the tricuspid valve into the right ventricle 4. passes out of the heart through the pulmonary semilunar valve to the pulmonary arteries going to the left and right lung 5. blood releases carbon dioxide from blood into capillaries and receives oxygen from capillaries 6. after the gas exchange, blood travels back to the heart through the pulmonary veins 7. empties into the left atrium, passes through the bicuspid valve into the left atrium 8. from the left atrium blood passes out of the left ventricle through the aortic semilunar valve into the Aorta. 9.
