ASSIGNMENT 1 Introduction This paper is about my new technology company. My company name Entertainment Bracket. Gartner who write a book about entrepreneurial. This book explains how to start a new company and set an organization culture and employee behaviour. This paper I will discuss three main points which I want to be part of my company. First, I want the characteristics of the employees. A team of employees that have different strengths, cultures, personalities and age could be challenging to manage. It takes a lot of preparing when it comes to making the team a high performing and productive team. To want a successful employee in my company, I want to be able to not only delegate and issue out things to do. I have to utilize my employee team so that they complement one another. As the owner of a company, I have to get to know the strengths and weakness of each employee team member and use them to make a great team. Second I want to Two Leadership Qualities—the person who have ability to visionary and decision-makers for my company. A manager is a person who runs the company if the owner is not in the organization. So I want a very talented person for that task. Third organization Culture I want Organizational culture is how a society of people are organized to function appropriately (organization), or efficiently (say a Business organization). Usually, there is a hierarchy of responsibility; CEO. Beneath them are structured levels of units whose job is to manage those beneath them and to pass executive orders down the line. There may be new mangers who oversee the folks ‘on the floor’, those who do the day to day running 2
