What is the corporate culture at the headquarters in Cincinnati? What and where are other opportunities outside of headquarters? How do roles within CMK vary? 1. Tell me about a time when you had to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to get a job done. There were a number of times during my internship at Sirius XM where I stayed in the office longer than my mentor. On one occasion, we were both going out of town for the fourth of July. I was supposed to leave for the airport at 6PM, but at 5:45 I got a call from a winner whose daughter could not pick up her meet and greet bands. I stayed to call every number I had available, and had to reach out to my mentor’s supervisor since my mentor had already left the office. My priority was making sure the situation was taken care of before I went out of town for the weekend. I also went above and beyond and contacted the emergency contact for all the dates I was out of the office to make sure each of those winners would attend their concert and meet and greets without a problem. And I was still able to leave the office in enough time to make my flight.
