Comments…. Most likely population to have chronic diseases. Most likely to use the health care system The most inactive of our spec pops. With age comes the decreased ability to adapt  and recover from exercise, but  it is possible to  improve the ability to exercise at any age.

Meet Lillian! Grandma Lillian is a 95 year old woman complaining of  foot pain and dizziness.  In her increasing age, Lillian  has become frail.  She is more weak, vulnerable, and  slight compared to when she was a younger 85 year old  woman.  Lillian has become more dependent having to  recently move from her house to assisted living. Lillian  moved after she had a couple of falls and was slow to  recover from her injuries.  Notes: Constantly dealing with the psychological issues  also. (Helping push them past the pain and help them  understand it will yield a good result. Constantly remind them about form (help them pay  attention…instead of stories)
