PED 280 LESSON PLAN OUTLINE EXPLORATORY/ GUIDED DISCOVERY STYLE YOUR NAME: Jen Possanza MOVEMENT CONCEPT OR THEME/STORY PLAY TITLE: Farm Animals OBJECTIVE FOR THE ACTIVITY ( what you want the students to learn or apply) TSW demonstrate how to use both movement and listening skills effectively by Cognitive: The student will learn and practice their knowledge of farm animals by making the animal noise. Affective: The student will interact with their classmates appropriately by finding their group and using their listening skills. Psychomotor: The student will crawl in order to find their group. EQUIPMENT Post-its with the listing the animal SAFETY ISSUES TO CONSIDER Students may run into each other while their eyes are closed MICHIGAN CONTENT STANDARDS M.MC.00.01 The students will demonstrate limited elements of space awareness movement concepts for location (e.g. self space) in isolated settings.
