 5/27/11 My experiences with declarative memory mostly involve my  education. A positive example of memory being able to help me with  my education is remembering facts. When taking test, memory is  essential in being able to recall facts.  Declarative memory is our memory for facts. Information such as  dates, words, faces, events, and concepts are part of declarative  memory. Declarative memory is considered to be explicit because

 5/27/11 Procedural memory can  sometimes cause a negative  occurrence for people.  Procedural memories seem  much like habits as you don’t  think about them, you just do  them. When someone has  learned a skill the wrong way it  is habit for them to carry it out
