1. This test was actually really difficult to understand because I didn’t necessarily know what my Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and HDL cholesterol was. So when looking at the chart given at the end of the test was actually really difficult to comprehend. I did some research and tried to get a normal cholesterol was and tried to go on from there. I am a healthy person so I don’t think I was over much of choosing the wrong number. According to the chart I am at a very low risk at getting a heart attack; at 1%. Since I don’t smoke I am at even a lower chance of getting a heart attack. Risk factors that you can’t control are things such as hypertension, High red blood cell count, heart disease, blood fats, and diabetes mellitus. Those listed are things that you can’t control that enter your body, or you are born with. The most possible way to over come the risk factors is to see a doctor and do everything there is to stay healthy. 2. Blood will arrive in the right atrium from the superior and inferior vena cava. The blood then is pumped through the tricuspid valve and into the right ventricle. The right ventricle then contracts and the blood are pushed through the pulmonary semi-lunary valve into the pulmonary trunk. The deoxygenated blood is then pumped through pulmonary artery into the lungs where it is oxygenated and returned to the heart through the pulmonary veins. The blood then arrives in the left atrium and is pumped through the bicuspid/mitral valve into the left ventricle. The left ventricle contracts and blood is pushed through the arterial semi-lunar valve into the aorta. From there the blood goes everywhere. 3.
