Fiscus Brittany Fiscus Professor Chen Political Science 135 June 7, 2010 Domestic Workers’ Rights This article relates to the civil rights that people have in our society. “ Workers  take for granted, paid holidays, sick days, vacation days and the right to overtime pay  and collective bargaining,” But does the government look at those workers who are  caregivers who take care of the families to those that work in government jobs? Civil  liberties need to be placed for everyone, whether they have a high paying job or those  that give their time to take care of other families so they can go to work. Those  caregivers have families too, but how are they suppose to go visit them if the families  they are taking care of are always working and never give time off to their  caretakers?  Domestic workers’ bill of rights comes into action. Domestic workers’ bill of
