Club IT Part II   Club IT a business that was created by Lisa Tejada and Ruben Keys has become a popular  business. Keys and Tejada has created an atmosphere in which customers are drawn to and enjoy once  they have experience it. Both Keys and Tejada have decided that their business needs to improve in the  information department and have hired Jerry Brown to handle the information management area. Since  arriving, getting acquainted with the staff and familiarizing himself with the business, Jerry has evaluated  the IT status of the business, its resources, customers and supply chain. Jerry has identified three  business problems apparent at Club IT, and has suggestions as to how to resolve these issues. He  believes he can incorporate enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management  (CRM), and supply chain management (SCM) software into his solutions.  Although Club IT has done an excellent job of starting their voyage in the information systems  world, there remains plenty of room for improvement. One of the problems that Club IT has is with its  internet connection. The owners have opted to use dial-up connections. The chief disadvantage of dial-up  internet, as compared with broadband internet, is its slowness (Wolfe, Michael 2011). While dial-up  connections are considerably less expensive alternative to high speed connections, they are extremely  slow. It can provide a maximum speed of 56 kilobits per second. It may appear that Club IT is saving
