Unformatted text preview: Motivation and Teams Case Study The motivational theories I found in both case studies are leaders that took chances on major changes that took the business to another level. Both leaders made major changes that they themselves weren’t sure of but they followed them through to success. It’s always complicated to be the decision maker because no matter what the decision is you have to deal with the consequences first hand. I admire both leaders in the case studies, because they both weren’t afraid of change, and their decision brought them more success than they ever imagined. In the first case study “Two Men and a Lot of Trucks” the leader made had a lot of theories that she put into perspective to help build the business.
