Reflections on Nutrition Out of all the assignments that was completed I can say that I enjoyed the carbohydrates presentation the most because I learned so much. I had no idea that soda, candy, milk, and some fruits and vegetables. I always assumed that carbohydrates only consist of grains and starches because those are the ones that you hear the most about being unhealthy. I also found out that carbohydrates are broken down into simple or complex carbs, simple carbs are chemically made of one or two sugars, fruits, and milk, complex carbs are known as starches made of three or more linked sugars, grains, and some vegetables. The reason why I enjoyed this assignment out of all the rest is because I learned a lot and most importantly know I know that not all carbohydrates are bad for you. The three day activity analysis was one of the most effective assignments that had me increase my activity level which has helped me in more ways than one. I learned that no matter how busy your schedule is you can take 20 to 30 minutes out of your schedule for a small
